The corn is grown in the Sierra Norte mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico, and is hand-picked and milled using traditional methods. The whiskey is then aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two years.

TASTING NOTES

A deeper corn note than White, the Oaxacan black corn retains a firm nugget of sweetness, aromas of banana skins and dusty earth.
