Tequila 1519 Organic blanco is their rested expression made with organically grown agave. Tequila 1519 is an homage to the year 1519 when the first Andalusian horses appeared in the "new world." The label is owned and managed by Agave Conquista; the distillation is done in a traditional pot still. They off both an organic agave and a conventional agave expression.

Nose: Delicate vanilla and caramel aromas.

Palate: Full, sweet body. Spice notes of cinnamon, citrus notes of lemon and lime, and herbal notes of mint and grass mingle.

Finish: Long and rich finish.
