Pure bubbly hedonism.Charles Durfour’s Extra Brut Bistrotage B.17 is a slightly oxidative, almost candied expression of Champagne that consists of 100% Pinot Noir. The vines were cultivated by his mother, Champagne legend Francoise Martinot, and harvested from three different plots. The wine was vinified naturally without any sulfur or any dosage whatsoever, and aged for 12 months on the lees in oak barrels. Bistrotage is a gastronomic Champers, meant to be enjoyed with food (but it’s also totally chill to enjoy on its own.)

Charles Durfor is a young grower and winemaker working within the lesser-known region Landreville within the Côtes de Bars region of the Aube department.
Some of the vines on the 6-hectare property were planted by his grandfather.
Charles works closely with his mother, Françoise Martinot, who has her own label.
All the vines are certified Organic.
