This Celani Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 20 months in 90% new French oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. The result is a wine that possesses off-the-chart aromatics of roasted, ripe blackberries, black cherries, crème de cassis, violets, graphite, and beautiful minerality. Hints of black cardamom, cigar box, sexy French oak and dark chocolate add to the wine’s aromatic complexity. This is a full throttle wine that embodies grace, power and seduction. At first sip this wine is amazingly seamless with hallmarks of sweet, layered lush black and purple fruit framed by fine grained tannins. The midpalate is expansive with its great weight integrated effortlessly and finishes with long-lasting echoes of flavor. This Celani Cabernet is drinking beautifully now and will age effortlessly over the next 15 plus years.
