Aligote is Burgundy’s other white grape that flies under the radar. But this lean, high acid, versatile grape has its own story to tell. This wine underwent carbonic maceration, yielding an  expression of Aligote that hits different.Vin Noe is Jonathan Purcell, a San Diego kid who knew he wanted to make wine at the tender age of 15; he became an expat and moved to Burgundy as soon as he could. Jonathan started as a tractor operator at Domaine de Montille, and worked for many years under Philippe Pacalet.
