Azuñia Añejo Organic Tequila is crafted exclusively from 100% blue agave grown in the rich volcanic soil of Jalisco, Azuñia Añejo Tequila 100% de Agave captures the essence of pure and authentic tequila flavor, which has been matured for a minimum of three years to impart a splendid mouthful. The nose on this one is rich and complex with mild spicey aromas on the nose. The palate features luscious notes of the best chocolate in the world, Mexican chocolate harmoniously balanced with earthy agave. The finish is warm and sweet with essence of mature oak notes. 

History
Azuñia Añejo Organic Tequila is a brand steeped in the rich history of tequila production. Each bottle carries the legacy of the Rancho Miravalle Distillery dedication to producing tequila at the highest level, representing the finest Mexican tequila heritage. It is crafted with 100% pure Weber Blue Agave grown in dedicated fields of the Tequila valley. Where the piñas are harvested by hand and roasted 36 hours in traditional clay ovens. After it is fermented naturally in open-air vats with wild borne-yeast, this process can take as long as a week to complete. Double-distilled and extracted at 46% ABV, the product ultimately clocks in at 40% ABV following the addition of a pure, on-property water source.
