Acrobat is artfully crafted in the hills and valleys of western Oregon, with an eye on sustainable winemaking practices. Fields of exuberant yellow straw come to mind when describing this chardonnay’s color. On the nose, a bouquet of notes ranging from ripe peach and key lime, to apple blossom and apricot, shine through. A clean and refined entrance gives way to layers of lime, stone fruit and crème brûlée on the mid-palate. The medium-long finish is fresh and held together by lively acidity.
